Journey Map
Journey mapping creates a holistic view of customer experience, helps the team to be on the same page and see the product in the user’s point of view. This map can uncover the gaps between user needs and business opportunity.

Wireframe Design
After user journey is confirmed , we continue to create the wireframe based on the user journey

Visual Design
Using the common interaction in transactional apps in general. Presenting cards,badges, button icon, with maintaining brand identity. The idea is to introduce and familiarize users about “what is this feature for” and create user interest in promotional programs with intriguing visual
